Atsushi Maekawa, who worked on Bakugan and Dragon Ball Super, designed this Korean/Japanese co-production. The main character of Turning Mecard is Jason, an elementary schooler who encounters Evan, a Mecanimal, a transforming minicar from the parallel universe of Triforce. Both Jason and Evan are looking for lost family members, so they work together to support one another. Together, they battle across dimensions, encounter more Mecanimals, and pick up valuable lessons.
